So Far So Good

Assalamualaikum, everyone!!

Sorry that I haven't been blogging so much.  I've been racking my brain to absorb the things I study.  Been having tests and quizzes and all that.  Well, on the weekend a lot of things happened.  Good things that is.....

First and foremost was Man United's win against Man City.  3rd round of the FA Cup on Man City's home ground.  Wayne Rooney scored an amazing header on the 10th minute.  MU's number 10 scored on the 10 th minute.  Awesome.....

Some minutes after that, Vincent Kompany was sent off when he dangerously tackled Nani.  True, he did get the ball but it was a 2-footed tackle.  Nobody in the right mind would do that.  Danny Welback scored Man United's 2nd goal and Rooney scored Man United's 3rd with a penalty that to  me, was a dive actually by Welback.  By half-time Man United was 3-0 up but in the 2nd half the home team was closing in as Kolarov scored with a free kick and Aguero put the ball behind the net as Man United's defense was caught off-guard.  In the match, Sir Alex Ferguson had a surprise for everybody.....

Hell yeah, man!  Haha!!  Man United's "retired" player Paul Scholes came back with a number 22 jersey and played for the next 20 (give or take) minutes.  In the end, it's inevitable...........

What can I say?  We're just better than you guys :-p

In other sports news, Malaysia's shuttler and world no. 1 Datuk Lee Chong Wei won the Korean Open against arch rival Lin Dan 12-21, 21-18 and 21-14...

Smile for the camera? Hehe...

Congrats to him and thanks for making our country proud....

Now, for some "culinary news", the face-off between Ezani and Wahidan as the FIRST WINNER OF MASTERCHEF MALAYSIA...

In the end Ezani won.  Besides winning RM100 000 in cash, she also has the opportunity to make her own cookbook.

It's amazing how a talent or hobby can get you so far.  Sports..Cooking..Writing..Even speaking can get you somewhere like winning debate competitions and all that.  As a guy who's trying to pursue his dreams to become an engineer and help his family, I just want all of you to chase your dreams and follow your heart.  If you think what you want is in that certain something, go for it.

;-)

Well, I got summary test for EFAS later.

See you guys on the flip side!!

P/S : I know all the news here are a bit late but I haven't been having the chance to update my "canvas" here.  Hehe XD
