Well Isn't That Convinient For you?

Assalamualaikum, everyone!!

Ok, since my C.T class got cancelled, I guess I should the "canvas".  Actually Pn. Noor Diran will undergo surgery (I think.  Can't actually remember when.Sorry, Puan!! >_<")  The sub lecturer was suppose to come in but I guess something came up.  One by one the guys started to go out of the class.  Haha!!  So of course all of us got out eventually.  Even the head of our section got out.  So I thought it was obvious.  Hehe..

Anywho, to more depressing news, Man United loss 2-1 against Liverpool at Anfield last Saturday and got Ko-ed from the FA Cup.  The Big Mac I was eating with my brother suddenly tasted like eating rubber chickens.  To make matters worse Nadal lost the Australian Open Final to Djokovic in a grueling 5-set match.  Longest ever final in a grand slam which was 5 hours and 53 minutes.  Nole beat Rafa 5-7, 6-4, 6-2, 6-7, 7-5.  Quite a depressing weekend for me.

I hope he doesn't get TOO comfy bout winning.  This is just the tip of the iceberg, Nole.  You got Wimbledon, Roland Garros and the US Open.  G'luck.  You're gonna need it..

Enough bout sports for now.  I don't know why but I started reading my Percy Jackson novels again.  I know that all of those things are ridiculous.  Myths..Greek gods and the Mist and all that.  It's just fun to read.  Rick Riordan a.k.a The Myth Master really knows how to put adventure, fantasy and witty puns and jokes together.

It seems like a big joke when I wanted to see the cover but this showed up instead -_-"

Since my phone is quieter than a long time ago, I just don't really know what to do.  Please don't tell me to study.  I know I should but I'm fully aware that my final exam's breathing down my neck.  Final exam's around the table already ("around the corner" makes it sounds like it's still far.  To me 5 weeks is a short time)  and I have yet to master the calculations of the subjects I'm taking.  It's as if the formulae that I know aren't enough, so they shove more down my brain and up my ***.  Mixed that with raging hormones erupting like Mount Krakatoa exploding at the same time as Mount Olympus and Mount Othrys and you'll get an insane guy (Me) knocking on everybody's door yelling "What the hell??!!".  Ok sorry bout that.  Just blowing off some steam.

It's quite bizarre what one person can do to you.  How you feel lifeless and think that it's hard to find another.  But alas, as they say.  There are more fish in the sea.  The grass is greener on the side.  But for now.....

Oh yeah!! The first seeded Serbian, Novak Djokovic (right) against the Spanish second seed, Rafael Nadal.  Of course I prefer Rafa to win.  But who knows kan?  Djokovic kejar balik masa lawan Andy Murray during the semis.  So it will either be this...............

Hopefully it'll be the former rather than the latter.  Who will win??  I'm watching it right now!!!

Assalamualaikum, everyone!!

Salam Jumu'ah mubarakah to all.  I hope all of you have a blessed Friday today on the 3rd of Rabi'ul Awwal.

Sekarang ni, saya just nk cerita la.  Sejak saya balik dari UTM hari Sabtu yg lepas, Alhamdulillah ada la jugak saya dapat peluang gi Solat subuh berjema'ah dekat Masjid Sultan Salahudin Abdul Aziz Shah a.k.a Masjid Negeri dalam kalangan orang2 Shah Alam.

Kalau nk ikutkan saya biasanya pergi masa hari Jumaat sbb masa tu ada Sujud Sejadah.  But this time la, my parents kerah my abg cik and I suruh kitorg gi skali. Bukan on Friday je.  Sejak hari Ahad lepas lg.  The atmosphere of doing the congregation prayers (solat) in a mosque....  To me it's something quite surreal compared to when you're doing your prayers alone in your house.

Whenever I go into the prayer hall, mmg rasa sejuk je.  Not just because they have a/c there but it's the surrounding that effects me.  Ni baru masuk Masjid Neger kat Shah Alam...

I remember the time when I first did 'umrah when I was 9.  Alhamdulillah Allah bagi rezki for me to visit the Holy Land of Muslims and see everything in front of my eyes.  Everything that I've always wanted to see....

The atmosphere was electric.  Everybody was wearing a jubah and also kain ihram.  Orang ramai tawaf.  Solat ramai2.  The melodious voice of the imam reciting surahs.  It was one of the most amazing experience in my life.

Hopefully I'll have the opportunity to go again la.  Kalau bukan masa terdekat ni (sbb nk study first), maybe masa dh kahwin nnt.  Boleh saya gi dgn isteri tersayang.  Insya-Allah if I have the money I'll bring my parents along with me.  Maybe I'll let my parents go first before I go there.  Ada duit lebih, saya leh buat Haji.  Kalo saya x de rezeki masa umur muda, I'll just hope that my kids will help their mother and I live one of our dreams which is to go there.

Oh well, I guess we'll just have to wait la kan??  Allah is Great..And Allah is Just.  He treats His Servants in the way He Knows Best.  If I hope and strive to get His Blessings, Insya-Allah He'll give me the chance...  Insya-Allah.

Well..I gotta go.  Again, Salam Jumu'ah Mubarakah to all my brothers and sisters of Islam.  May He bless you always.

Haaaa...Ni la antara sbb nya.  Haha!!  I love to read.  Mostly English books.  Fantasy novels.  Things that sorta don't make sense.  Fairies..Goblins..Giant snakes..Dragon automatons..Greek and Egyptian gods (saya x percaya pun benda2 tu.  Baca seronok2 je).

I know some of you x suka pun bab2 membaca ni.  Sesetengah org tu lg la.  Nampak English je, x nak.  Nampak buku tu tebal je, x nak baca.  C'mon people.  Kalo leh baca komik tebal2 tu x kan x boleh baca novels yg a little bit thicker?  Of course la skejap je boleh habis kalo baca comics, tp kebanyakannya tu short form.  Kadang2 tu leh terbawa-bawa masuk dlm pembelajaran.  Lebih2 lagi dlm buat essays and karangan.  Kalo kat luar2 belajar tu lain cite la kot.  X kn dgn member pun nk txt and talk dlm BM yg baku.

Even Allah S.W.T pun ada berfirman pasal membaca ni which is also the first wahyu/revelation yg Rasulullah S.A.W dapat........

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ - Dengan nama Allah Yang Maha Pemurah lagi Maha Mengasihani/In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Sekarang ni yg saya x sabar2 is the next installment in the Heroes of Olympus series, The Mark Athena.  Haha!!  Siri buku Heroes of Olympus adalah kesinambungan series Percy Jackson and The Olympians.  Tunggu masa je ni nk kluar buku baru tu.  Tp kalo leh dpt buku tu as a birthday present ok gak kn? *winkwink* Hehe.

Saya ni bukan la org yg warak atau kuat agama.  Tp saya ni biasa je.  Jaga solat, ada masa terluang baca al-Quran.  Bukan nye nk menunjuk.  My advice?

Let's Take A Walk On The Wild Side

Okaaaay..Saya baru balik dari Midvalley td.  Hehe..Lepak dgn adik agkat saya, Sabreena a.k.a Sab, adik die, kawan die and Nadiah.  It's been a a while since I hung out with that little bubbly kid.  She's just finished her SPM and die ex-TGB.  We met when were in MRSM KT but she left for TGB when I was in F5.  But still, sampai skrg kami keep in touch.  Alhamdulillah.  Since saya ni anak bongsu, kira ok la ada someone to look out for.  Yg best nye dia plak anggap saya ni mcm abg dia.  Haha!!  So agak simple la relationship kami ni.  Abg-adik nye hubungan.  Saya sayang and respect die mcm adik, die respect and sayang saya mcm abg...

Anywho, we all lepak mkn kat The Spaghetti Farm. 

Mula2 tercari-cari gak logo Halal.  X jumpe.  Panic saya time tu.  Patu bile tengok betol2 kat blakang akak cashier tu, gedabak punye besar logo Halal.  Haha!!

Lps tu gi mkn and tengok some stuff.  Dh dkt kul 3 tu kitorg balik r.  KTM time tu?  OMD (Oh Mak Datok) Macam ni haaaa...

Mmg mcm sardine la rase die.  Saya diam je la.  Cuti kaaaaan..  Biase la.  Tp dlm hati mcm ni haaaa..

Haha!!  But what could I do?  Layan je la.  Alhamdulillah dh balik rumah dh.  Just some random stuff of my everyday life.  Almost..Everyday.

I Told You Not To Go There! I Told You Not To Go There!!!

Assalamualaikum, everybody!!

Sorry that this post is a bit late.  Ada problem skit pasal nk update.  Yg saya nk ketengahkan kat sini is of course.....



Oh yeah!!  Man United won 2-1 against Arsenal kat Emirates Stadium thanks to goals from Antonia Valencia and Danny Welback.  Elok2 before half-time Giggs crossed the ball perfectly for Valencia for a thumping header, sending the ball at the back of the net.  Masa 2nd half plak mmg boleh nmpk Arsenal try utk cube dpt kan equaliser tu.  They finally fpt dgn goal from Robin Van Persie.  Malang sekali for Arsenal, 10 minutes later Danny Welback scored.  And there you go.  2-1 Man United. 

In other news pasal bola sepak BPL, Man City mng lwn Spurs, pada pndpt saya dgn nasib.  Elok2 Jermaine Defoe miss, goal kick, pastu dpt plak penalty.  Balotelli plak yg punye pasal nye..X heran la kaaaaan.

Well, it's been about almost 3 days saya duk rumah.  Penuh dgn riuh rendah, ke-kelam kabutan..Keletihan yg ntah nape ntah.  But I love every second of it.  Hari ni plak gi breakfast dgn 2 best friends saya, Fatin dgn Petey.  Teman plak si Fatin tukar tali gitar die.  Oleh sebab die kata saya lg arif drpd dia bab2 gitar ni die suruh saya handle.  So of course la as a friend saya ok je.

Insya-Allah, Selasa nk gi Mid, lepak dgn adik agkt, Sabreena a.k.a Sab.  It's been a while since I've seen her.  Sab plak ada ajak abg kecik die ni kluar hari tu sbb dh kebosanan yg teramat duk rumah.  Dh alang2 cuti ni plak, saya pun "on" je la.  Hehe..

Anyway, I think I gotta go.  Nk kena bangun awal.

Too Lazy To Hold A Grudge?

Assalamualaikum, everybody!!

Ok.  Only a bout half an hour till the kick-off between 2 of the greatest in football..Bagi diorg yg tau tu x pe la kan.  Tp to those yg x tau, ini yg org nk bg tau ni...

Oh yeah!! Kick-off at 12 a.m between the 2 English football giants Manchester United and Arsenal.  Oleh sebab saya ni merupakan kipas-susah-mati / die-hard-fan Man United, of course saya support MU nnt.  Alhamdulillah sempat saya balik rumah utk temgok match ni.  Haha!!

Kalo nk ikutkan ada gak la saya rasa a bit worried sbb maybe Arsenal nk tebus kemaluan malu drpd kalah dgn Man United 8-2 masa awal start season masa nk dekat2 raya time tahun lps.

Haha!!  Sronok gak la when I was watching this game at McD dgn Petey hari tu.  As I was saying, takut gak la diorg have a grudge.  I guess we have to wait and see la kan?

Astro channel 817, 830 and 830 (dua yg last tu HD) will be the channels yg y'all can watch the match.

Hmmm...You know, I've always been thinking about whether or not I should change the way I write here.  I HAVE been writing in English in my "canvas" here.  Honestly?  I know that I don't have THAT much readers of my blog compared to the other blogs that I've been following and visiting.  Well...It was that moment that it hit me......



What if I change it up a bit.  Write it in BM or maybe just mix it up a bit.....It could be a little bit like this...........

Ok..Kalau nk ikutkan la, saya sejak dulu lg pikir nk tukar ke x.  Sbb in my opinion la kan, I think ramai akan baca my blog kalo I write secara rojak.  Sbb...Ok..Honestly la kan I don't think ramai org yg actually interested to read English.  Proof?  Ramai kwn saya yg mmg bila nmpk English words dh mcm "Adoyaiiii..Malas la aku nk baca.  Bkn nye paham pun."...  Yg tu satu senario...Satu lg plak mcm ni.. "Apa benda la die ni tulis blog die dlm BI..X bangga dgn bahasa sendiri ke pe?"

Hehe..Saya cukup menyampah dgn org2 mcm ni.

Pertama sekali, saya Muslim.  Perkara itu adalah yang paling utama bagi saya.  Kemudian, saya merupakan orang Malaysia dan orang Melayu.  Sudah pasti saya sangat bangga dengan bahasa ibunda saya.  Sepanjang zaman persekolahan saya, saya banyak diberi peluang untuk memberi ucapan depan orang ramai.  Saya sering diberi arahan untuk berucap dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris.  Oleh itu, saya fasih dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris.  Sekurang-kurangnya saya fasih dalam 2 bahasa.  Sesetengah orang apabila ada pelancong datang dan tanya soalan dalam B.Inggeris, terus ternganga mulut.  Saya bukan nak berlagak, tetapi itulah hakikatnya.

Get Your Heart On!

Assalamualaikum, everyone!

Remember my post "Rock Your Socks Off!!" ? Well..Guess what....

Haha!! Hell yeah!!  I didn't think I'd get the chance to go to the Simple Plan concert.  I got some media passes for myself and some friends of mine thanks to my eldest brother/along a.k.a Bo the nerd (Thanks Along!).  As part of the media I got to go to the press conference.  Here are some shots.......

When asked if they liked the weather, they said they actually like the hot weather.  They can just wear T-shirts and shorts.  Apparently, it's -15 degrees in Canada.  They're currently doing their Get Your Heart On! Asia Tour and will be going to Singapore, Indonesia and Japan.  When asked about how they've been sticking together, Sebastien said, "We have NO IDEA".  Haha!! Pierre said, "We have "marriage counselling" for the band.  I hope he was kidding about that.

The press conference didn't last long cos the press conference actually started REALLY late.  After this, the media people went Pavilion for the spa session.  I didn't go.  By that time it was about 3 something.  My solat is more important.  Enough said..

There were a lot of people even though it wasn't a sold out show......

The atmosphere was awesome.  The crowd was pumped.  Chanting "Simple Plan! Simple Plan!" Jin and Ryan from Hitz.FM were also at the show, keeping up the hype of the crowd and introducing the opening act from The Revellers, the band which was hand-picked by Simple Plan to open the show............

It was quite epic.  They performed songs from their 1st album to their current one.  The songs include "I'd Do Anything", "Addicted", "My Alien", "I'm Just A Kid" (Everybody including me were jumping during this song.Haha!) ", "Shut Up!" and one of their famous singles "Perfect".  They also performed "Welcome To My Life", "Jump" (Ok..ALLLL of us were jumping to this song), "Your Love Is A Lie" and "When I'm Gone".

From their latest album, they made everybody go wild with "Summer Paradise", "Can't Keep My Hands Off You", "This Song Saved My life", "Loser of the Year" and of course "Astronaut" and "Jet Lag".

I also got some memorabilia of my own....

All in all..Awesome and amazing show.  Even though I'd prefer We The Kings, this show was great for my 1st ever concert.
